Full job description

Canvey castles is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Drivers . As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting party hire equipment to various events and locations across Essex. You will also be required to set items up like bouncy castles and marquees

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive a large luton, tail lift van

- Loading and unloading party hire equipment from the van

- Ensure all equipment is securely strapped down and safe for transportation

- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner when assisting with deliveries

- Help set up and pack away equipment at event locations.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling equipment

Requirements:

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Prior experience in driving or delivering goods preferred but not required

- Attentative and energetic throughout the day

- Confident to drive very large vans.
