Job Title: Deputy Events Manager
Location: Stock Brook Manor
Schedule: 45 Hour Week

Stock Brook Manor is seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Events Manager to join our dynamic team at one of Essex’s most prestigious wedding and events venues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in weddings and large-scale events who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

The Role

As Deputy Events Manager, you will support the Events Manager in overseeing the seamless delivery of weddings, private functions, and corporate events. You will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional service standards and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth running of weddings and events from start to finish
Lead and motivate front-of-house teams
Confident bar service and hands-on experience in beverage operations.
Act as a key point of contact for clients on event days
Maintain outstanding customer service at all times
Ensure attention to detail across all aspects of event delivery
Support operational planning and event coordination

Requirements

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Enthusiastic, professional, and presentable
Punctual and reliable
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transport
