General Labourer / Workshop Operative
Lustre Coatings Ltd
Full-time | Temporary
Potential to become permanent for the right candidate

Location:Nr15
Hours:45 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Overtime available when required

Lustre Coatings Ltd is a fast-growing, high-quality finishing company specialising in spray painting and coatings. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, efficiency, and delivering top-tier results for our clients.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Workshop Operativeto join our team with an immediate start. This is a hands-on role supporting our sprayers and workshop operations.

This is initially a temporary position, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing surfaces ready for spraying (filling,sanding, masking, cleaning)
Polishing and finishing completed work to a high standard
Packing and handling finished products with care
Assisting paint sprayers and other team members
General workshop duties and maintaining a clean working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in prep work, spraying environments, or similar roles is highly desirable
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual

Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
