Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, helping clients enhance their natural beauty through customised treatments. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and dedicated to delivering high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, and specialised therapies.
Apply makeup for clients attending events or photoshoots with precision and creativity.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively to clients’ preferences and concerns.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
Promote additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour, style, and detail.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment options clearly.
Friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients feel their best.
Ability to work flexibly within a team environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
