Job Summary
The Front of House Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Is responsible for executing a wide range of events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

This position involves overseeing daily front-of-house activities, managing staff, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will work with our Front of house manager and possess a strong background in hospitality, with experience in supervising teams and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Ye Olde Plough house in Bulphan is a busy Function venue.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff
Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained throughout the establishment.
work alongside our Front of house manager to deliver our customers wedding day
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests professionally.
A background in hotel experience can enhance understanding of guest services within a hospitality context.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership qualities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
