Key Responsibilities

Groundsman £120 per day:

Assist climbers with rigging, lowering, and clearing debris
Operate wood chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws (training provided if needed)
Keep work areas tidy and safe at all times
Support with loading/unloading and general site setup
Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery

Requirements

Experience in tree work or landscaping preferred (but we’re open to training the right person)
For climbers: NPTC tickets (CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39) prefered
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Full UK driving licence is an advantage
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £160.00-£210.00 per day
