Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Night Porter to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our hospitality facility during overnight hours. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest services, maintain a secure environment, and handle various operational duties with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your multilingual skills and hospitality experience will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check in and check out assistance
Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns with a positive attitude and effective communication
Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
Handle administrative tasks such as logging incidents, maintaining security records, and updating guest information
Assist with late-night housekeeping or maintenance requests to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality
Coordinate with emergency services if needed, ensuring swift response to any incidents or emergencies

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality roles, preferably with night shift responsibilities
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Knowledge of security procedures and CCTV surveillance is a plus
Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment is desirable
Ability to stay alert, attentive, and professional during overnight hours
