Full job description

Plover Hygiene is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced window cleaner to help drive the growth of our window and exterior cleaning division.

This isn’t just another job — it’s an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a developing part of the business. You’ll be trusted to work independently, contribute to how we operate, and help set the standard as we scale.

The Role

You’ll be working across a range of commercial and industrial sites, delivering high-quality window and exterior cleaning services. Alongside day-to-day operations, you’ll also support the growth of the division by assisting with quoting and advising on best approaches, with full backing from our office team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Traditional and water-fed pole (WFP) window cleaning
Industrial pressure washing and exterior surface cleaning
Cladding cleaning
Graffiti removal
Supporting job pricing and site assessments
Maintaining exceptional standards of safety and quality

You’ll be operating a brand new, custom-built van.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

Highly experienced in both traditional and WFP window cleaning
Confident working independently on commercial/industrial sites
Comfortable contributing to quoting and job planning
Committed to high standards of workmanship and safety
A team player who is willing to support and mentor less experienced colleagues

Essential Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential)

CSCS
IPAF
PASMA

(Full training can be provided where required.)
