Full job description

PURPOSE

No1 Lounges is the UK’s leading independent airport lounge provider, with four distinctive lounge brands: No1 Lounges, Clubrooms, My Lounge and Club Aspire. With lounges in Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham and Jersey, we exist to provide every traveller the stay they deserve. We’re a close-knit, fast-moving team with a genuine passion for incredible guest experience and we’re growing!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join the Supply Chain team. To manage the physical supply chain, ensuring the efficient coordination of logistics, transportation, and inventory across all locations.

The role is responsible for delivering reliable, timely movement of goods and equipment, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the network.

This includes working closely with suppliers, warehouses, and site teams to ensure a consistent and dependable flow of goods into lounges, maintaining delivery schedules and service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and distribution routes
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and airport consolidation centres
Manage warehouse and remote storage inventory
Oversee pick & pack operations and stock movements
Maintain catalogue of goods, assets, and equipment
Source front and back of house equipment and facilitate equipment purchasing in line with approved budgets
Own and manage the full drinks equipment estate (e.g. coffee machines, water systems, post-mix units), including supplier relationships, servicing contracts, SLAs, maintenance, and installation to ensure availability, performance, and compliance with brand standards
Coordinate asset transfers between locations
Support any new site openings and refurbishments from a logistics perspective, including drinks equipment setup
Track and analyse logistics costs and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
Commercially aware, with the ability to make cost-effective decisions aligned to budgets
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a hybrid role across different locations, including airports
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage end-to-end processes independently

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination within a multi-site environment
Experience managing transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock movements
Demonstrable experience in asset and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and traceability
Experience working with suppliers and service providers, including managing contracts, SLAs, and performance
Experience sourcing and procuring equipment or operational goods, ideally within budget constraints
Familiarity with managing equipment or asset estates, including maintenance, servicing, and lifecycle management
Experience tracking and analysing logistics or operational KPIs to drive improvements
Be prepared to travel to LGW at least once a week and hold a full UK driver’s license.

GENERAL

This is role will be offered as a temporary contract, planned to end on 31st January 2027.
Comply with all policies and procedures as written in the Employment Handbook and with appropriate information security standards and guidelines.

Willingness to help other team members wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough.
To undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the Company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role. You’ll split your time between working from home and all our lounge sites when required. The balance will naturally flex based on business priorities and needs.
