Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist (Full time or Part time) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will guide patients through tailored treatment plans, promote recovery, and foster a positive healing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals’ health and well-being while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Duties

Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical histories to develop effective treatment strategies
Design and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at restoring movement, alleviating pain, and enhancing functional abilities
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and use of specialized equipment to optimize recovery outcomes
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care practices for long-term health benefits
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Valid licensure or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country (HCPC)
Proven experience in physiotherapy practice, preferably with diverse patient populations and conditions
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of all ages
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in physiotherapy practices
