Full job description

Overview

We are a growing commercial finance brokerage specialising in helping businesses secure funding solutions including asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, and other commercial lending products. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and suppliers.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support Manager to support our sales team throughout the funding process, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently from initial application through to completion.

Responsibilities

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and lenders to ensure the smooth progression of finance applications.
Prepare and issue finance documentation for customer review and signing.
Request and obtain invoices and supporting documentation required for funding.
Produce and submit credit proposals and write-ups to lenders on behalf of sales person.
Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM and internal systems.
Chase outstanding information and documentation to minimise delays.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with lender partners and suppliers.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements.

Essential

Previous experience in a sales support, finance administration, or broker support role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with customers and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable

Experience within commercial finance, asset finance, banking, or financial services.
Understanding of business lending and credit proposal processes.
Experience using CRM systems.

Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
