Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate

Location: Richmond

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme

Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. As home to some of the most successful estate agents in London, the successful candidate will work to exceptionally high standards and take pride in their success, but also the success of their team and the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

Your main duties will include:

Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
