Full job description

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our team here at Walfinch Hampton, Twickenham & Virginia Water to work in the Teddington TW11 area.

Pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour

Contract: Part time role working shift patterns of 8.00am – 3:30pm, 8:00am - 8:00pm or 1:00pm - 8:30pm

Specifically looking after one client who has 3 calls per day. You decide which calls you would like to do.

Hours: Between 10 and 25 hours per week (flexible)

Responsibilities

Personal Care
Household tasks
Medication Support
Companionship and Emotional Support
Treating clients with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Participating in training and professional development.
Promoting independence rather than doing tasks clients can manage themselves.
Following employer policies, care standards, and health and safety procedures.
Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.
