Slater and Gordon are a leading consumer law firm which provides a broad range of specialist legal and complementary services. We are undergoing a huge transformation across all areas of the business, with a focus on people and technology, and our mission is to give people easier access to our world class legal services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Optimization Manager to join our Marketing team in Manchester.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role has two goals;

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be highly driven and have a customer focussed mindset.

Key responsibilities:

Own the performance of conversion funnels across the website.
Translate client targets into site-level KPIs and quarterly roadmaps.
Set the CRO strategy and manage CRO partners – currently one agency.
Ensure correct use of behavioural analytics. We use Mouseflow but experience in alternative tools is acceptable.
Ensure CRO processes and results are robust and data driven.
Own the end-to-end online UX experience and be a key stakeholder in the omnichannel journey.
Triage and resolve site issues.
Engage with SEO, Content, Paid Media and Compliance teams to improve positive customer outcomes.
Maintain documentation for web processes and tech stack.

The perfect candidate:

Highly organised and driven individual
Ambitious
Background in UX or CRO
Experience managing agencies
Experience working in a regulated environment
Experience working in a professional services environment
Balance of technical and creative skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Recent portfolio of winning tests
Familiarity with GA4, Mouseflow, Powerbi, ,
