Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide expert skincare advice, and ensure every client leaves feeling confident and radiant. Your expertise in makeup application, combined with outstanding customer service and communication skills, will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and pampered. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior therapists and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and makeup application with precision and care
Deliver personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to individual client needs
Provide expert makeup application for various occasions, ensuring a flawless finish that boosts client confidence
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with clients through attentive listening, clear communication, and exceptional service
Mentor junior therapists by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and supporting their professional development
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a focus on delivering high-quality treatments
Strong skills in makeup application and customer service excellence
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and best practices in skincare and treatments
Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory
A positive attitude with enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best
