ROLE: Mobile Water Technician Level 2
LOCATION: Manchester
CONTRACT: Full Time

We're looking for a Water Technician who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of water treatment systems, ensuring water safety and full regulatory compliance across customer sites.

Role Responsibilities

Complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, cooling tower cleaning and disinfection, and minor plumbing works.
Carry out routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
Maintain customer water logbooks and complete all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
Carry out water system cleans and disinfections in line with ACoP L8 and Mitie procedures.
Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), along with supporting basic plumbing works where required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
Applicants with limited or no direct experience are welcome, provided they have relevant transferable experience.
Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
