Accountabilities and Main Duties:

We are looking to take on a Rope Access Administrator to support the Rope Access team through initial enquiry to delivery and completion of projects.

This role would suit someone who is organised, has great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

· Setting up and managing new enquiries

· Collating information about enquires and adding all relevant information onto the system in a clear, defined manner

· Answering phone calls and emails for the Rope Access & Sales department and distributing as required

· General administration duties – Booking of hotels, Sub contract database management

· Compiling sales, forecasting and invoicing reports

· Project tracking – working alongside rope access team carrying out project tracking on a frequent basis as required to assist in securing works

· Project tracking – liaising with Project Managers to understand status and following up on works where we have installed RA equipment

· Assisting of IRATA accreditation management

· Maintain an up-to-date training record, by completing all required, assigned and organised training

Experience & Qualifications

· Previous administration experience preferred

· IT Literate (Office 365 package, ERP/CRM Systems)

· Effective verbal and written communication at all levels

· Organisational skills are key

· Attention to detail

· Good time management

· Ability to work as a team and self-sufficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
