Job Overview

As Mansfield’s friendly care home & home care provider, we have been delivering compassionate care since 1994. Our purpose-built care homes offers residential care, nursing care, dementia care and respite care. Families across Nottinghamshire have trusted our care homes to support their loved ones for over 30 years, with loved ones receiving quality care in our welcoming home environment. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant for a summer internship programme that has the opportunity to lead to a full time permanent position at £30,000 p/y.

This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing, develop essential skills, and contribute to dynamic projects within our organisation. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing and is suitable for students or recent graduates eager to apply their knowledge in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and print media.
Assist with market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Help organise and coordinate events and marketing activities.
Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate findings and strategies effectively.
Contribute to content creation for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Maintain organised records of marketing activities, contacts, and campaign results.
Support the organisation’s communication efforts by drafting clear and engaging messages.
