Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Support Administrator to join our fast-paced office team. This role involves coordinating field service engineer visits, managing customer communications, and handling administrative tasks related to service operations.

Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm field service visits across the UK & Ireland

Liaise with engineers and customers to align job details and expectations

Create service tickets in CRM systems

Create quotations based on service and repair requirements

Order spare parts and manage returns (RMA process)

Generate purchase orders and invoices using Sage1000

Maintain the service calendar and update stock inventory

Package and dispatch parts, coordinating with couriers

Support wider team with logistics, data entry, and admin tasks

Strong communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience with CRM systems
