About Margo’s Beauty

Margo’s Beauty is a new and growing beauty & cosmetics brand. We are currently developing and expanding the business, building our team and creating the systems, partnerships and creative infrastructure needed to support long-term growth.

As we grow, we are looking for talented, reliable and ambitious people who want the opportunity to contribute to a developing brand and grow alongside the business. Joining Margo’s Beauty at this stage offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder, gain exposure to different areas of the business and play a meaningful role in shaping how the company develops.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Founder. This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally and taking responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will support the Founder with diary management, administration, meetings, correspondence, research, recruitment coordination and general day-to-day organisation.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder of a growing business and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and organising the Founder’s diary and appointments
Scheduling meetings, interviews and business appointments
Managing reminders, deadlines and follow-up actions
Drafting and responding to routine emails and correspondence
Making telephone calls and enquiries when required
Preparing documents, meeting notes and basic reports
Organising digital files, records and business information
Coordinating meetings, office bookings and appointments
Carrying out online research and presenting findings clearly
Assisting with recruitment administration and interview scheduling
Liaising professionally with candidates, staff, suppliers and other contacts
Arranging travel, reservations, purchases and other busines requirements where necessary
Keeping track of outstanding tasks and following up where required
Handling confidential information appropriately
Providing general administrative and organisational support to the Founder
Completing additional tasks as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and dependable
Proactive and able to use their own initiative
Professional and confident when communicating with others
Able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Comfortable working independently
Detail-oriented and accurate
Trustworthy and discreet
Comfortable handling confidential information
Confident using email, calendars, documents and spreadsheets
Able to adapt when priorities change
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Previous Personal Assistant or administrative experience would be useful but is not essential. Strong university students, recent graduates and candidates looking to develop their business administration experience are welcome to apply.
