The Opportunity

Our Guildford area store has significant potential, and we're looking for an experienced leader who can unlock it.

You'll have the autonomy to lead your team, improve performance, grow sales and create an outstanding customer experience, while receiving the support of an experienced senior leadership team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building businesses—not just managing shifts.

What you'll be responsible for

Leading, motivating and developing your team.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
Driving sales, profitability and customer loyalty.
Managing labour, stock, ordering and waste effectively.

About you

You'll already have management experience within hospitality, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants or premium food retail.

You'll be someone who:
