Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher with QTS and Montessori qualification to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and support each child's developmental journey. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a safe, engaging space where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood education while working alongside a passionate team.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to preschool-aged children, including toddlers and those with special needs.
Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
Support children with diverse needs by applying inclusive teaching strategies and collaborating with specialists when necessary.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, needs, and achievements through regular updates.
Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or classroom aides to ensure high-quality instruction and care.
Maintain detailed records of children's developmental milestones, attendance, and behavioral observations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health protocols, and licensing requirements at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience working with young children in educational or caregiving settings, including toddlers.
Knowledge of special education principles and experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
Background in teaching or tutoring young learners with an emphasis on early childhood development.
Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports children of all abilities.
Certification or training in Montessori and QTS
