Are you passionate about building relationships, helping customers grow and spotting commercial opportunities?

We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team, supporting a portfolio of established customers and helping them maximise the value they receive from Epos Now products and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience looking to develop their commercial skills and take the next step in their career. We're also open to individuals earlier in their career who can demonstrate strong sales ability, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Building strong relationships with Mid-Market customers

Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to understand customer goals, challenges and growth plans

Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and grow account value

Driving awareness and adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products

Creating and maintaining account plans for your customer portfolio

Supporting customer retention and revenue growth through proactive account management

Capturing customer feedback and working with internal teams to improve the customer experience

Maintaining accurate customer activity, account plans and opportunities within Salesforce

What we're looking for

✅ Sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and identify opportunities

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

✅ Commercially minded with a customer-first approach

✅ Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

✅ Confident using systems and maintaining accurate records

✅ Resilient, proactive and driven to achieve results

Desirable

Payments knowledge

️ Experience working with retail, hospitality or service-based businesses

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Knowledge of Epos Now products and services

What success looks like

Growing and retaining customer accounts

Delivering exceptional customer experiences

Increasing adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products

Completing meaningful QBRs and maintaining high-quality account plans

Achieving strong customer satisfaction and NPS results

Contributing to the continued growth of the Mid-Market team
