The salary for this role is £26.513.19 - £30,482.35 depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

About the role
Ever wondered what a day in the life of a Liz Earle Advisor looks like? Tara shares her experience in this short video. From engaging with customers to providing personalised skincare consultations, Tara's day is filled with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report into the Counter Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Build great relationships with our customers and your colleagues

Provide personalised consultations and skin services

Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our Liz Earle offers and in store promotions

Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.

Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products

Information about the role
Join the Liz Earle team at Stratford Westfield, home to the largest beauty hall in Boots.
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Advisor who enjoys proactively approaching and engaging with customers, providing personalised skincare and beauty advice, and delivering exceptional service in a busy, fast-paced retail environment. You will be passionate about building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards across the counter.
This role is 30 hours per week. You must be available to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday plus another 2 days during the week.
While you will not be required to work every weekend, flexibility to cover weekends and varying shifts between 10am and 10pm is essential to meet the needs of the business.
