About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised and confident person to join our office team in Northampton.
This role is focused on carrying out customer quality calls after cleaning services have been completed, helping us maintain high standards, improve customer satisfaction and support the growth of our business.
You will also help monitor leads submitted by our canvassing team and work closely with our administrative support team to coordinate different daily tasks.
This is an office based role at NN5 7QS.
Main Responsibilities
Contact customers by phone after cleaning services have been completed, usually the following day
Ask customers about the quality of the service received and record their feedback clearly
Identify any issues, complaints or follow up actions and report them to the relevant team
Monitor and organise leads sent by our canvassers
Support communication between the canvassing team, operations team and administrative office
Assist with general administrative coordination and daily office tasks
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, feedback and follow ups
Help ensure customers receive a professional and consistent service experience
What We Are Looking For
Good spoken English and confident telephone manner
Organised, reliable and able to manage several tasks during the day
Professional attitude when speaking with customers
Good attention to detail
Ability to use basic office systems, spreadsheets, emails and phone records
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
Previous experience in customer service, call handling, admin support or lead management is preferred, but not essential

This is a self employed role. The successful applicant will be responsible for issuing weekly invoices and managing their own tax and National Insurance obligations.
