Office Administrator

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Company: Flexy Commercial Group Ltd
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

About Us

Flexy Commercial Group is a fast-growing construction support company providing specialist construction cleaning, mastic (sealant) installation and air tightness testing services to some of the UK's leading housebuilders.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Office Administrator to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day running of our busy office.

The Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will provide administrative support across operations, accounts and customer service while ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
Schedule jobs and update our CRM system.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
Assist with credit control and customer account queries.
Maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
Liaise with site managers, clients and our operatives.
Upload documents to client portals.
Assist with compliance documentation, including RAMS, insurance and accreditations.
Support the management team with general administration.
Order office supplies and manage office records.
Assist with diary management and appointment scheduling.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous office administration experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience using Xero, Jobber or similar software would be advantageous but is not essential.
