Job Overview

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including food preparation areas and serving counters
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed
Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including handling cash and card transactions
Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

Prior barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices in handling food and beverages
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience
