Used Car Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about cars, enjoys working with people, and has a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

The Role

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle-buying process, from the initial enquiry through to the sale and handover.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and building a strong rapport
Understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the right vehicle
Conducting vehicle viewings and test drives
Following up enquiries by phone, email and online platforms
Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Keeping vehicles and the showroom forecourt presented to a high standard
Completing sales paperwork accurately
Keeping up to date with our stock and vehicle specifications

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, friendly and approachable
Passionate about cars and the motor trade
Naturally sales-focused and driven to achieve results
Comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone
Able to build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional, reliable and well presented

Previous motor trade or used car sales experience is preferred, although we would consider candidates with strong sales experience and the right attitude.

Working within a growing team we are Offering an OTE of £54k based on a competitive basic and strong commission structure. Mainly lead conversion from Autotrader, Click Dealer website and other marketing channels.

Working 5 days a week (sometimes 6).

Car sales experience is needed and a full driving licence must be held.
