Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in developing the team and creating a positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. Lead, motivate, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members. Monitor labour costs and help prepare weekly rotas in line with business needs. Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies are followed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand compliance. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Support stock management, ordering, and inventory control. Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability. Complete daily administration tasks, reports, and cash handling procedures. Step into the General Manager’s role when required.

Pay: £500.00 per week
