"We are seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish, contributing directly to our company's reputation for excellence."

Responsibilities

Polish and finish metal surfaces to achieve desired quality standards.
Operate grinding and polishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times.
Assist in other fabrication tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a metal polisher or similar role within the electroplating or metal finishing industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is advantageous.

Competitive rates of pay are dependant on experience with overtime available as and when demand dictates.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
