Marketing & Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, switched-on Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our growing group of brands across entertainment, hospitality and online campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content, understands what grabs attention online, and can bring fresh ideas to life quickly. No two days are the same. One day you could be planning a big giveaway campaign, the next filming content in venue, running paid ads or helping launch a new event. But this role is much bigger than just posting on social media. We’re looking for someone who understands marketing as a whole. Someone who can spot opportunities, build campaigns, create exciting content and help grow brands both online and in person.

You’ll play a big part in growing our brands, increasing engagement and helping drive sales through exciting, high-performing marketing campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing

Managing marketing and social media across multiple brands
Planning and delivering marketing campaigns from concept to launch
Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
Running Meta ads and paid digital campaigns
Managing email and SMS marketing campaigns
Designing graphics and promotional material using Canva and similar tools
Supporting promotions, launches, events and brand activations
Filming and creating on-site content, including customer and winner content
Monitoring trends, engagement and campaign performance
Analysing marketing data and improving campaigns based on results
Updating websites and digital content where required
Working closely with management on ideas, growth and brand direction

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing and social media management
Good understanding of paid advertising and digital campaigns
Confident creating content and working in fast-paced environments
Good eye for design and branding
Organised, proactive and full of ideas
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience with Canva, email marketing and content creation tools
Ideally someone willing to be on camera occasionally
Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
Full UK driving licence preferred as some travel/content shoots may be required
