Summary

We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at Sirmani Foods. In this role, you will oversee bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality while contributing to our mission of delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Supervise and train bar staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with our Italian theme.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain bar stock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes.
Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
Culinary knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
