Support Worker / Community Support Worker

Elite Care Solutions Limited – Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available - Please note we are unable to offer sponsorship at the present time.

Elite Care Solutions Limited is a registered domiciliary care provider based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Due to continued growth and the expansion of our services, we are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes and the local community, helping them to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Duties will include:

Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
Assisting with medication administration or prompting
Supporting with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
Providing emotional support and companionship
Encouraging independence and community engagement
Assisting individuals to attend appointments and activities
Supporting individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities
Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans

Some roles will involve travelling within the community and driving Service Users’ vehicles; therefore, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.

We are looking for individuals who are:

Caring, patient, and compassionate
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Passionate about supporting vulnerable people
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Shift Patterns

Various shift patterns are available, including:

7:00am – 3:00pm - Community based
4:00pm – 10:00pm - Community based
Night shifts - 9pm-9am
Various hours available for support packages.

Weekend availability is required.

Additional Information

Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including the Barred Lists, and satisfactory references.

Please note: We are unable to offer Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for these roles. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
