Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a private household (including assisting the family with tasks within their multiple businesses) . The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, demonstrate discretion, and have experience managing a variety of clerical and organisational tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with a discerning household, providing essential support to ensure smooth daily operations across both the home and businesses. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, undertaking basic errands for the household and assisting with various personal and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently
Handling correspondence via email, phone, and postal mail with professionalism and courtesy
Organising travel arrangements and itineraries for household members
Assisting the directors with administrative tasks within their companies.
Coordinating household supplies and liaising with vendors as needed
Undertaking basic errands for the household
Assisting with carrying out organisational tasks within the household
Performing light clerical duties including typing, document preparation, and record keeping
Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, or service providers

Requirements

Proven administrative experience within a professional environment or private household setting. Minimum 3 years prior experience required.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality at all times
Fully DBS checked
References are essential.
Must have own vehicle which you are willing to use within the role (mileage will be reimbursed)

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
