Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while ensuring optimal performance and functionality. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in various programming languages, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement database structures to support application functionality.
Write efficient Shell Scripting for automation of tasks and processes.
Utilise AWS services for cloud-based solutions and deployment.
Work with Apache Hive and Hadoop for data processing and analysis.
Create and manage SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
Develop VBA scripts to enhance productivity within applications.
Implement data integration processes using Informatica.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

Qualifications

Proficient in Shell Scripting, SQL, AWS, Apache Hive, Hadoop, VBA, Informatica, and database design.
Familiarity with the smash framework is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate potential issues before they arise.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
