Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Labourer who also holds a valid driver’s license to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be actively involved in various hands-on tasks to develop skills and grow within the business. Your energy and enthusiasm will help keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for an individual that drives and is looking to progress and learn.

We are looking for someone that has serious drive to grow and do better, good work ethics, well manored and can follow direction

Duties

Assist with loading, unloading materials, equipment, and supplies across job sites
Perform general labour tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and site preparation to ensure safety and efficiency aswell as working along side our main tradesman on site.
Support team members by setting up work areas, moving tools or supplies as needed, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate daily tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Work alongside our main tradesman to assist them and learn how its done so you can learn and grow
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Have your own vehicle to get to work and get small misc materials if required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Basic knowledge of construction sites or industrial environments is advantageous but not required.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities as needed.
