Job Overview

Location: Ongar, Essex
Salary: £40,000 annually, plus commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000 and above
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Job Type: Permanent, with Commission Pay

About United Drains:
United Drains, a thriving drainage and plumbing company headquartered in Essex, is seeking a sales Manager to help with our company's growth. We specialise in the commercial sector and cover all of England & Wales

The Role:
Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth. Your responsibilities will include developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.

This role may evolve into building a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing new business nationwide from cold.
Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring regular contact and excellent service.
Actively participating in weekly meetings.
Managing our CRM database and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
Preparing new account documentation and client information packages.
Attending sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and client entertainment events as required.
Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.

Essential Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the plumbing, drainage, or construction industry
Have previously worked in FM Sector or Alongside.
Exceptional communication skills across all business levels.
Experience with HubSpot (preferred).
Self-motivated with excellent management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online portals.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Outstanding references.
Full driving license.
Demonstrated success in a similar role.
Business acumen, excellent organisational and team-working skills, with the ability to delegate and motivate.
