The role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and leading our care teams while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include supporting carers in their day-to-day work within the community, working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure care is safe and effective, assisting with care planning and risk management, and carrying out team management duties such as supervisions and quality monitoring.
We believe in leading from the front, so part of your role will involve delivering hands-on care to clients. This will include providing personal care such as washing, dressing and grooming, offering companionship and emotional support, accompanying clients to appointments or activities, and assisting with household tasks such as shopping, meal preparation and general domestic duties.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality care. You should have experience in a senior care role and either hold or be working towards a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. A full UK driving licence is essential.
