Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children, especially 0-3's. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a room effectively, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our youngest children..

Duties

Develop and implement engaging activity/teaching plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
Support children's behaviour and communication, encouraging positive interactions among children.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
Observe and assess children's individual needs, interests, and abilities to tailor educational experiences accordingly.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational programme and share best practices in early childhood education.
Drive initiatives that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth among preschoolers.
Lead activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and discovery through play-based learning.

Requirements

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a diverse group of children effectively while fostering an inclusive environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide children in their learning journey.
Relevant qualifications (L2 or L3) in childcare or early childhood education.
A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
