Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent analysis skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and personalised service
Identify potential advertising opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs
Present compelling proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our advertising solutions
Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client records
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet organisational targets
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised advertising packages that align with client objectives
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the advertising or media sector
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse clients
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and negotiation skills
