Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Self-employed Lash Artist to join our beauty team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently, providing specialised eyelash extension services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing beauty, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build a loyal client base. As a self-employed professional, you will manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality lash treatments in a professional environment.

Duties

Perform customised eyelash extension applications following health and safety standards
Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and work area in accordance with industry regulations
Build strong relationships with clients through personalised service and effective communication
Manage bookings, appointments, and client records efficiently
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in lash artistry
Promote your services through social media or other marketing channels to grow your clientele

Qualifications

Proven experience in eyelash extension application or related beauty treatments
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain procedures
Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients
Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage your own appointments and business operations
Must have relevant certifications or training in eyelash extensions.

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
