Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Airbnb Manager for the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining property standards, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality management. Duties

Manage all aspects of Airbnb property listings, including updating descriptions, pricing strategies, and availability calendars to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Coordinate guest communications, from inquiries and booking confirmations to check-in instructions and post-stay feedback, ensuring a seamless experience.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and overall presentation; coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.
Utilize property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms to track bookings, financial transactions, and maintenance schedules.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and generating reports on occupancy rates and revenue performance.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members to foster positive relationships.
Implement upselling strategies by recommending additional services or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Experience

Proven experience managing short-term rental properties or hospitality operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong administrative background with proficiency in data entry, office software, and property management systems like Yardi.
Previous office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle guest inquiries confidently and courteously.
Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Experience with property maintenance coordination and basic troubleshooting is preferred but not required.

The role will require cleaning the houses as well and you will be the primary caretaker of the houses - however there is already a team in place and this role is to help with maintaining high standard.

The role will begin as cleaning only to get an understanding of how the business operates. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to progress into a well paid managerial role starting with managing cleaners and eventually taking over the day to day operations too.

The working hours are up to 6/7 days a week and will start with 10-3 but with progression the management would change the roles hours and timings

Pay: £300.00-£550.00 per week
