Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive: Creative & Content Specialist (FTC)
An exciting opportunity for a talented creative and content specialist to shape the storytelling of Collier Webb, a British luxury furniture and lighting maker.
Combining traditional and cutting-edge techniques, our in-house designers and craftspeople collaborate to craft unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Every creation is meticulously handcrafted at our East Sussex Foundry and Workshops, made-to-order for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive to join us on a 1-year fixed term contract to help tell that story.
This is far more than a marketing role. One day you'll be capturing the glow of a newly launched collection in our London showroom; the next you'll be photographing makers at work on the foundry floor, planning a product launch campaign or creating content that places our work in some of the world's most beautifully designed interiors.
If you love luxury brands, visual storytelling, interiors and design, and want to create content with substance and craftsmanship at its heart, we'd love to hear from you.
The RoleTell the story behind the craft.
You'll lead the creation of content that brings our collections, people and processes to life across every touchpoint.
From behind-the-scenes moments in the workshop to beautifully styled interior installations, you'll shape how the Collier Webb story is experienced by designers and clients around the world.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging content across our website, social channels, email campaigns and printed communications.
- Creating compelling stories around new collections, bespoke commissions, collaborations and craftsmanship.
- Producing and maintaining marketing collateral including brochures, specification sheets, presentation materials and digital assets.
- Managing and organising our growing library of photography, video and brand assets to ensure effortless access across teams and markets.
- Supporting our social media channels, building engagement and nurturing our online community.
Shape Our Digital Presence
You'll work closely with the sales team to continually evolve our digital experience.
This includes:
- Supporting ongoing website development and optimisation.
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on insights that drive growth.
- Identifying opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation and customer journeys.
- Implementing SEO best practice to maximise visibility and conversion.
Create Beautiful Visual Content
Our products deserve exceptional imagery - and so do the stories behind them.
You'll:
- Coordinate photography and videography projects both by yourself and with our trusted external partners.
- Capture products, installations, showroom displays, launches and events.
- Document the making process within our Eastbourne foundry and workshops.
- Edit and curate imagery and video content that reflects our luxury positioning and timeless aesthetic.
Be Part of Launches, Events and Industry Moments
From intimate showroom gatherings to international product launches, you'll help deliver experiences that inspire designers, customers and peers alike.
You'll:
- Support the planning and execution of launches and events across the UK and US.
- Capture and repurpose content from events to extend reach and engagement.
- Ensure every activation reflects the quality and craftsmanship synonymous with the Collier Webb name.
Collaborate Across the Business
As a small and passionate team, collaboration is at the heart of what we do.
You'll provide proactive support across departments, manage the marketing inbox and help keep projects moving smoothly from concept to completion.
About You
You'll bring:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within luxury, interiors, design, architecture or lifestyle brands.
- Strong photography and videography skills with an instinctive visual eye.
- Confidence using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative platforms.
- Experience across digital marketing, content creation and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisation and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A genuine interest for design, materials, craftsmanship and the stories behind beautifully made objects.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who notices details, values craftsmanship and enjoys transforming processes into compelling content.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to become part of a respected British luxury brand with an international reputation for excellence.
You'll work closely with talented designers, engineers and makers, helping to share stories that begin in East Sussex and end in some of the world's most remarkable interior spaces.
You'll have visibility across the business, creative freedom to shape our voice and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the next chapter of our growth.
