Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our busy estate agency office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing excellent service to clients, buyers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries

- Booking property viewings and coordinating appointments

- Maintaining and updating property listings and databases

- Preparing property details, brochures, and documentation

- Supporting sales and lettings teams with administrative tasks

- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and contractors

- Handling office filing, record-keeping, and general admin duties

- Attending viewing appointments if needed

Requirements

- Previous administrative experience (estate agency experience preferred)

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Professional and friendly manner
