Full job description

Stratum Masonry are seeking a reliable, well organised individual to join our growing team as a Yard Manager

This is a key, hands on role that supports the smooth running of our projects. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering materials to site, as well as maintaining a clean, organised, and well managed yard space.

The role is varied, with time split between working from our yard and driving to sites across Central Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering materials safely and efficiently to sites across the Central Belt
Loading and unloading vehicles and deliveries
Organising, maintaining, and cleaning the yard to a high standard
Managing stock levels and ensuring materials are stored correctly
Assisting with material orders and tracking deliveries
Working closely with our office team to ensure operations run smoothly
Managing the diary schedule for all fleet maintenance including van servicing and MOT’s
Supporting site teams by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time

What we’re looking for:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Forklift licence (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
