Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telecommunication to schedule appointments, supporting our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Fluency in English is essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills within a supportive environment utilising CRM software.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of all communications within CRM software,
Follow up with leads and ensure timely confirmation of scheduled appointments
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure the sales team focuses on high-potential prospects
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and improve appointment setting success rates
Provide detailed reports on call activity and appointment outcomes as required
Assist in updating and managing contact databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software,
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated motivation and resilience when handling rejection or challenging calls
