Funeral Arranger - Part Time - (25 hours per week)
£17,891 to £18,360 per annum
Payne & Sons Funeral Directors - Hampden Park
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 15:00

The Opportunity

Based at Payne & Sons Funeral Directors - Hampden Park, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome, and guide our families through the whole funeral process. They couple their incredible interpersonal and listening skills, with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.

As well as supporting families in making funeral arrangements, Funeral Arrangers are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately, and on time. They are also responsible for providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, in order that every little detail goes to plan on the day.

Our Funeral Arrangers have an important role within the community, building strong working relationships as well as organising fundraising activities to support organisations in the local community.

You may have worked in the Funeral industry for many years or maybe you’re looking for a new challenge. Please note: In July 2026 salary will increase to £17,875 to £18,344 per annum. All salaries are inclusive of a £781.25 per annum Weighting Allowance.
