IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will deliver high-end treatments AND run the salon like an operator — managing standards, team performance, bookings, client experience, revenue, and retention.
This role requires strong leadership alongside technical excellence. If you are looking for a treatment-only position without management responsibilities, this will not be the right fit.
ABOUT BELGRAVE COSMETICS
Belgrave Cosmetics is a luxury Aesthetic clinic in Bristol offering advanced aesthetic treatments. Our services include body sculpting (fat freezing, cavitation, radio frequency skin tightening), advanced facials, laser hair removal, HIFU, and bespoke packages — delivered with premium client care and uncompromising standards.
We are building an elite salon culture. Every hire, every system, and every client interaction is designed to be best-in-class. This role exists because we refuse to plateau.
THE MISSION YOU’LL OWN
Run the salon at elite standards while delivering exceptional treatments, tight diary, five-star client journey, coached team, clean systems, and consistent growth.
You are the operator. You own the performance of the treatment floor, the energy of the team, and the experience every client walks away with. If something needs fixing, you fix it. If something is working, you optimise it. If the standard slips, you catch it before anyone else does.
OUTCOMES YOU’LL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
These are the results you will be measured against on a weekly and monthly basis.
OUTCOME
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Diary Utilisation
Minimal gaps, smart scheduling, and strong follow-up. You treat empty appointment slots as revenue opportunities and close them proactively.
Rebooking & Retention
Clients leave with their next appointment booked. Rebooking rate improves monthly. You track it, coach the team on it, and own the results.
Team Standards
Punctuality, presentation, consistency, hygiene, and service quality are maintained at all times. You lead by example and hold the line.
Revenue Growth
Ethical upselling, packages, memberships, and retail. Revenue is protected and grown through well-structured client journeys.
Clean Operations
Stock, rooms, compliance, and SOPs run smoothly. The salon operates efficiently with no last-minute scrambling.

REQUIREMENTS

- Level 3/4 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
