Full job description

School Premises Manager - Brighton

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent and Full-Time (all year around)

In need of an experienced Premises Manager to lead and coordinate its site team. The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Lead responsibility for the school site, buildings, and facilities
Ensure all areas are safe, clean, and maintained to required standards
Work under the direction of the Headteacher and School Business Manager
Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and regulations
Manage day-to-day site operations and resolve issues as they arise
First point of contact for contractors and visitors
Escalate serious issues to senior leadership and external authorities when required
