Full job description

Main duties include;

· Responding to all wedding enquiries in a timely, precise and professional manner – this includes following up with customers.

· Conducting show arounds for new potential clients

· Managing new client contracts

· Conducting Wedding Planning Meetings for weddings you have been allocated to run by Events Manager – completing function sheets, responding to emails and taking responsibility for all planning for events.

· Leading and assisting with set up and turnaround of civil ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and evening celebrations. This includes liaising with suppliers, Housekeeping and Chef

· Additional administrative duties required such as filing, managing holiday bookings, answering the telephone switchboard, emails and daily WhatsApp messages.

. Working alongside the Wedding Coordinator team to produce social media posts, reels and supporting Sales & Marketing, and collation of company image library.

Personal Profile

· Excellent level of both spoken English and written English and strong IT skills are essential – Microsoft/Excel/MINT (in house)

· Outgoing personality, interested and enthusiastic (whilst also a good listener) with good telephone and client meeting manner.

· Smart appearance

· Experience in hospitality/events/weddings is desirable but not essential – more so a level of adaptability and transferable skills

· Educated to degree equivalent desirable but not essential – full training provided and willingness to learn just as important

· Ability to work under pressure and to use initiative, to read the room and to listen

Ability to work within a team as required

Full Clean UK Driving License

Salary varied depending on experience.

Work remotely, extra hours where needed, and late shifts

Job type : Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

Probation period : 6 months Pay : £25,400
